I like to cook, eat, and feed people. I have an ever-expanding cookbook collection, currently tallying 116 (excluding duplicates). Many of my cookbooks were my beloved Aunt Mary’s, who died not too long ago but lives on in the hearts of my family. And she was a heck of a cook.

It’s my goal to cook at least three recipes from each of the cookbooks I own, one cookbook at a time. I’ll shop for fun ingredients, I’ll learn, I’ll feed my kids new things, maybe, if they deign to sample my offerings. At the very least, I’ll have a lot of interesting leftovers to take to work for lunch.
